SHIPPING TERMS

Welcome to the Shipping, Returns and Refund Policy of Losawo.

 Losawo delivers its products within Thailand and to USA, Europe, China, Russia and other countries. If we do not deliver to your country, we will let you know and cancel your order.

Order and Shipping Confirmation

When your order has been successfully placed, you will receive an e-mail confirmation, including your order number and delivery/shipping details. As we are unable to redirect packages once they are on their way to you, please make sure your delivery address is right. Any incorrect address information can always result in the package being returned to the sender, in which case the re-delivery will be charged to you. Losawo would not be held liable by you or the courier company for any lost or unclaimed parcels.

Delivery Time

Items in Stock

Items in stock can take up to 48 hours to be processed and shipped.

Pre-order/customized items

You fully understand that pre-order or customized items take at least 2 weeks/14 business days or longer to process and then further shipped. Once an item process is finished, we will dispatch it for shipment.

Deliveries may get delayed during sale/promotional periods. For delays beyond our reach (e.g. bad weather/pandemic restrictions), we are not liable.

Delivery Fee

  • Customers must pay a shipping fee of $50 USD for orders below $1000 USD
  • We provide free shipping for orders above $1000 USD

TAXES/CUSTOMS/VAT

International deliveries outside Thailand may be subject to applicable taxes, VAT’s and duties which are to be paid by the Customer.

You are required to check with your local tax official to see what import duties and/or VAT you are required to pay in your place of residence.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

PLEASE NOTE WE MAY REJECT A FRAUDULENT REQUEST AT OUR SOLE DISCRETION. PLEASE NOTE YOU CAN ONLY REQUEST A REFUND OR EXCHANGE REQUEST AFTER NOTIFYING LOSAWO AND WAIT FOR APPROVAL AND LOGISTIC DETAILS BEFORE RETURNING THE PRODUCT.

  • In the event of a return, please send us a return request for your product within 30 days starting from the date of purchase of your order by emailing support@losawo-d58a1f.ingress-erytho.ewp.live.

  • Losawo will only accept returns refunds and exchange request within 30 days starting from the day of purchase. No requests for refund exchange and return will be accepted after the expiry of 30 days.

  • You can choose the product that you want to exchange it with. Please note that SALE PRODUCTS are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.

  • Special items that we not carry on stock or customized items cannot be returned refunded or exchanges under any circumstances.

  • We will issue a refund of full amount for a customer and deduct any original shipping and handling charges previously applied.

  • You’re liable for inbound return shipment charges duty and taxes as well.

Return Procedure

Please use a track able return method and return any product via Fed-Ex. Once we receive your package, exchange return will be processed in 3 business days or more. We will do our best to exchange items depending on stock availability.

When sending a request, include your order number in your email and notify us which goods you would like to exchange. Please note you will be required to pay the Shipping/delivery fee when returning the products for exchange. We recommend that all returns and exchanges be sent using a traceable carrier.Losawo will not be held responsible for packages not received by us that were returned without a tracking number. Products will not be eligible for exchange if we consider them used or if they are without tags attached or find them to be used.

Not happy with a purchase?

Losawo only will accept a refund/exchange request in special circumstances within 30 days from the date of purchase if the Customer is not happy with a purchase or the product delivered to the Customer was faulty or defective.

Our team is always open to discuss each particular case with you and in special circumstances may provide you a 100% refund at sole discretion after examining your return/refund case.

We reserve the right to accept or reject returns and refund request at sole discretion. We do not accept requests in the following circumstances:

  • Return/Refund request is made after 30 days starting from the date of purchase.
  • Product is used and damaged by the Customer
  • Incomplete product or partial order
  • Fraudulent Return/Refund request

INCORRECT OR FAULTY PRODUCTS

We aim to send you the correct order every time, however, we are all human and mistakes are inevitable. If we sent the wrong item, simply contact Customer Service by sending us an email on support@losawo-d58a1f.ingress-erytho.ewp.live and we’ll make it right as quickly as possible.
